Teams Direct Routing
When you integrate Teams with eve Voice, you open up a whole new solution to add to your portfolio.
eve Voice presents a platform for your customers to make Teams voice calls over the eve network and provides them with better call quality.
Direct Routing also allows Teams users to make calls from Teams to numbers outside of their organisation. This can mean mobile, landline and international numbers.
Integrating Teams with eve Voice makes Direct Routing chargeable at the cost of standard rate calls from a landline.
It also allows you to add bolt-on products to Teams users, such as inbound numbers, call recording, hunt groups, IVR, call queues and all the other features you can utilise on eve Voice.
An auto-configuration tool means you simply need to input some of your customer’s credentials and the configuration will process from there – simple!
The eve Voice calling plan gives 5,000 minutes, with the option for extra features to be set up, as well as the ability to add international calling.

How does Teams Direct Routing work?
A session border control acts as a bridge between Teams and eve Voice. At eve Networks we have purpose built a solution that makes this bridging as easy as possible for you to add your customers’ accounts.
Our auto-configuration tool means you simply input some details and the configuration will process from there.
The configuration means that calls made from the user’s Teams account outside of the platform will go across the eve Voice network, effectively creating a Teams phone system.
This is charged per user, which reduces the cost of a manual configuration process enormously and saves you and your customer time.
