Our Support Services offering is as varied or specific as a customer’s IT infrastructure. We offer services to cover critical operations, remote and proactive monitoring, as well as hardware break fix and remote support. We assist with planned cover for holiday and training periods where our reseller partners need additional support. This can range from on-site helpdesk and outsourced call management, through to being on standby for critical faults arising while key staff are away from the business.

When entering into a contracted support arrangement we follow a thorough onboarding process, ensure we have a handover of the clients system and configuration, and once up and running we offer regular Service Delivery Reviews to ensure continuity and ongoing communication as a team.
