Nuvola Distribution Acquires Electromaster

Nuvola Distribution has acquired Electromaster Limited, a distribution business based in Ireland and the United Kingdom. Electromaster will continue to provide all the products and services that it has for over thirty years, with the resource and experience remaining in place to ensure continuity with a “business as usual” approach applied to all customers.

Nuvola already has significant business in Ireland, the UK, and across Europe. With the acquisition of Electromaster and Nuvola’s recent investment in opening additional warehouse facilities in Shannon, Nuvola will provide Irish partners and their customers access to a combined comprehensive technology portfolio. Resellers will have full access to Electromaster vendors and the extended range of products, services, and technologies that Nuvola offers.

All Electromaster customers will continue working with the Electromaster business to access all their products and services while being offered the additional product portfolio and services from Nuvola.

With the addition of Electromaster into the Nuvola Group of companies Nuvola will be able to build on their vision of offering technology solutions and services whilst increasing opportunities available for the channel partners in the UK, Ireland, and EMEA.
