Collaboration without risk
Skype for Business (and Lync) voice, IM and video1, is securely and reliability captured by the Quantify system. Enabling your customers to use both Unified Communications with traditional telephony and trading technologies, to record all their inbound, outbound and internal communications with one solution. Quantify’s additional recording functionality enhances the power of Skype for Business with automated scheduling of recordings for assessment and swift reconstruction of incidents.
Deployment Options
Flexible integration with Skype for Business ensures Quantify reliably captures the Unified Communications that matter and in all deployment scenarios, Red Box’s SIP acquisition component must be installed on each Skype Front End Server.
Audio
- Mediation Server recording.
- A Red Box Intelligent Voice Distribution Server (IVDS) component will, in most deployments, need to be installed on all Edge, Front End and Mediation servers.
Media Proxy Recording
A Red Box IVDS component will, in most deployments, need to be installed on all Edge, Front End and Mediation Servers. To capture audio for peer-to-peer calls, Red Box’s Media Proxy component needs to be installed (separately from other Skype for Business components). A Red Box IVDS component generally needs installing on the Media Proxy.
Note: Media Proxy deployment requires a dedicated NIC (Dedicated Network Interface with a static IP) and a Skype for Business Environment setup that does NOT have a collocated Mediation and Front End.
