SALES DAY – 2nd March 22
ATTENDANCE: One or both days are optional.
Please note the prerequisites for day two training are:
- Your company must register as an ALE partner.
- To complete the course and pass the sales exam (ACSR), you must read the course content for the Technical ACFE certification.
- The training day consists of a practical course covering the ACFE content and completing the ACFE exam – Come prepared!
Wednesday 2nd March: Commercial Track with sales and roadmap overview from ALE.
Thursday 3rd March: On completion, once one or more employees attend the free technical training and pass the ALE certification (both sales ACSR and Tech ACFE exams are to be completed on the training). Each business will receive one complimentary demo unit Evolution (4 UTL and 2 x SIP trunk licenses) with one handset, gifted for each company from Nuvola Distribution and ALE.

TECH DAY 3rd March 2022*

9:00 – 10:00 am – Intro to the ALE OmniPCX Office Connect R5.x.
10:00 – 12:00 am – Connection to the system Default speed/passwords. Overview of the tree structure and elements: loading license keys. User programming. Numbering and SIP config
12:00 -1:00 pm – Lunch
1:00 – 4:00 pm – ARS (Call Routing). Features ( divert, pickup, hunt group, individual pickup). Barring. Software upgrade.
With coffee breaks as required.
