Nuvola Technology Distributor is Recruiting

We are presently looking for an Accounts Assistant.

As the Accounts Assistant you will:

  • Provide assistance within the finance team and deliver support to both the office administration and sales teams.
  • Process sales and purchase orders daily.
  • Process employee expenses.
  • Review outstanding sales orders to ensure invoicing is up to date.
  • Process receipts and payments.
  • Download courier invoices and check validity.
  • File all paperwork generated by the accounts department.
  • Review emails and answering where applicable.
  • Assist with catering requirements for meetings when required.
  • Answer the phone as required.

This role reports into the Finance Director and will be based in the office in Swallowfield, Berkshire. Hours of work will be 9:00am to 5:30pm, five days a week.
