We are presently looking for an Accounts Assistant.
As the Accounts Assistant you will:
- Provide assistance within the finance team and deliver support to both the office administration and sales teams.
- Process sales and purchase orders daily.
- Process employee expenses.
- Review outstanding sales orders to ensure invoicing is up to date.
- Process receipts and payments.
- Download courier invoices and check validity.
- File all paperwork generated by the accounts department.
- Review emails and answering where applicable.
- Assist with catering requirements for meetings when required.
- Answer the phone as required.
This role reports into the Finance Director and will be based in the office in Swallowfield, Berkshire. Hours of work will be 9:00am to 5:30pm, five days a week.
